I'm so sorry about Jane and Lisa. You've come to the right forum kyangel, we understand those thoughts and try to help each other through them.
Have you read Pters words that are stickied at the top of this forum. He struggled with those thoughts all his life and won that battle...taught all of us alot in the process.
