Default stress and pain

Definately my pain gets higher under stress. I lost my career as a result of this and could'nt find a "light duty" job so I am back in school. I also have a husband that has no clue about this monster and the pain and 3 teens. Yes, i get very stressed sometimes and it goes up. I've recently learned "mindfullness therapy" and it really helps calm me down and focus.

I need to talk to my doctor about it, but I was wondering if any of you experienced the same issues. Thank you and I hope everyone has a semi pain free day!
