I am fighting the sleepiness right now. I want to just sleep all day and my fingers are so stiff.

what do you all have to say? one month I am perky and have all this energy and may have fatigue in my arms but I can get things done and all over the place. then I will wake up and it is all over, I can't keep my eyes open I look like I am on drugs because I could be talking to you all in the conversation and then like that I am about to dose off and talking slow forgetting what I was about to say to you.

so now I am not only the person who needs an alarm to remind me of things to do but now to wake me up so I will not miss those things to do.
