I tried inderal and it brought my heart rate too low when I am at rest (about 40's). My heart rate is always low btw. My PCP said for some people with high BP and Post concussion headaches it did wonders. Unfortunately didn't work for me. But seems like it is a old medicine used for many conditions (high BP, anxiety, migraines etc.,) .
