postconcussion,
My case is bizzare. My BP was little high (130/80) but my heart rate is always low. Now I take Verapamil(?) which keeps my BP in normal range without lowering my heart rate.

Yes, my lightheadedness increased while I took Inderal and that is how I noticed my heart rate went very low.

Only way to know it works or not is to try it out. Good that you on 10 mg and my doc. gave me 80 mg but I requested 10 mg XR to try at first which proved to be a good decision

Good luck! Can you believe one have to be lucky for the medicine to work?

Cheers!
