Today my goal is to rest. Lately I feel like I've been doing too much, and I need to make sure to not take things too fast. No matter what, today I will: read, knit, watch a few shows, and nap.
Such simple things, and could seem like a vacation to some, feels like work to me. Everything takes work lately.
