This is familiar to me. I have learned to have the doctors give me their curtosy phone call the day that I have to come in rather than the day before because I can remember what I need to do the day before and forget it when the time comes to go. I end up feeling very guilty for missing appointments if I do not do this. I also have an app on my phone where I can add multiple alarms and I set them for daily activities as well as set the appointment the day I make it. It is hard at first but it has become habit now and is very helpful in maintaining a somewhat normal schedule. I know that I cannot even drive for more than 10 minutes at a time because I will fall asleep at the wheel and I always bring someone with me to remind me where I am going when I drive past my destination. It sounds crazy and we joke a lot about it so it is easier to get through but has been what works for us. I hope you find tricks that will help you through but it is frustrating.
