i developed palpitations and episodes of rapid heart rate. it took a few different types of monitoring devices but was finally dx'd as AF; atrial fibrillation.
it's not because of the MS but was a separate malady. i take pradaxa to thin my blood and decrease risk of blood clots, and multaq for the actual arrythmia.

i'm 63 btw and was dx'd with MS when i was 53.

i had been also dealing with anemia which was a GI related thing. but, my dr put me on Tel-Hem. after several months i'm no longer anemic.
