Rick and I got back last night from Seattle. We spent an awesome week there celebrating our 25th anniversary. The weather was amazing, the sights beautiful and the fresh sea food was so so so very tasty.

It was a very much needed get away. I feel refreshed mentally and this may sound crazy but am looking forward to seeing my psychologist on Tuesday. I'm ready to get on with this business of dealing with my past.

I"m ready to beat the SI beast and ready to get on with life.

I need to get to the point that i can be supportive to my friends here. I feel really bad that i've been down for so long. Since mom passed 2 years ago so many things have come up, so many memories have taken over my head. BUT i am determined to beat this and become the person i need to be not only for me and my family but for my friends here. i love you guys much.
