I'm actually ambidextrous and can use each arm equally well but I have a tendency to use this side more as my neck continues to deteriorate. So you can saw this is probably my dominant side. Right side (9 years post op) had significant nerve involvement (positive EMG/NCV, significant muscle atrophy, etc.). This side was primarily vascular and was continuing to deteriorate. I had significant stenosis of the artery. What's interesting is my first rib was abnormal both times but for different reasons.

We'll see how the next couple of weeks and months go. I know recovery is long and hard.
