Hi Everyone

I've had MP since 6-11-12, I find that it's difficult to walk up steps due to the fact I get groin pain.

Does anyone else suffer from this or is the groin pain a separate issue from MP.

BTW

What are the Do's and Don'ts with this condition I find that I'm in pain quite a bit.
