Hi Elisha ~ I know this is a serious problem. Harming yourself after someone else harms you just makes matters worse sweetie. You're hurting yourself twice -- once after THEY hurt you, and once after YOU have hurt yourself.

And it's probably over something pretty trifle.
Dearheart, you need to see a counselor. You need a professional to talk to, either a psychologist, or psychiatrist. They can help you to stop this kind of behavior. I've been in therapy most of my adult life, off and on. It has helped me immensely!! I URGE you to go -- please make an appointment as soon as possible. If you cannot afford it, check with Social Services and see what they have to offer in mental health services -- they may have a psychologist on staff who will see you for very little money or perhaps even free. I'm not sure -- it's different in every state/county. So please check, and make an appointment, ok? It's crucial that you get some help!!!
God bless and will you PLEASE let us know how you come out? Let us know of your progress, and if you get into therapy?? We DO CARE!!! Take care of yourself, Hugs, Lee
