I guess surges of light would be more accurate, almost like an inverse brown out... only I am the only one who experiences it. They just happen randomly, and there is no instigating even that I can notice. MOST of the time, but not always, they are accompanied by a surge in the severity of the headache pain as well. I am guessing an increase in feeling

I did not notice it before the most recent head bonking (almost 3 weeks ago now).

I am thinking maybe it is migraine related.
