I couldn't run for ages, indeed I was so vulnerable to any sort of jolt so that each stride whilst running was too much. I even had to walk carefully.
I couldn't really find any evidence or guidance on this symptom though judging by this forum it is not uncommon.
I figured that something that uncomfortable was probably bad for me and didn't chance it. It improved very slowly and now I can run fine. So that would be my advice, wait until it feels ok before you run.
