In the 6 months I have had RSD I have learned not to touch anything that came out of the refridgerator, and not to test whether something is hot or cold with my affected hand. If I am outdoors and the temp is 60F or less, I am constantly trying to keep my hand warm, either by wearing a glove or keeping my hand in my pocket, especialy if it is windy !. Being that I live in Alaska, this is very much of the time.
Unfortuantely, this all means that we are going to have to move to a warmer climate.
So, warm and dry is my vote.
