I had not seen your thread before. I just wanted to stop by and wish you all the best as you go forward with the TOS surgery. I can tell by your post that you did all the homework to find the best solution. So very sorry that you have to endure it all, but there can and is good results from many people.
I do not have your same condition. Had two spinal fusions however, and I got some good help. Not perfect by any means, but so much better than what I was before. I hope the angels are with you, while you sleep through your surgery. Let them help guide your good surgeons hands. ginnie
