It is great to hear you got relief from your head aches.
Many of us routinely promote magnesium supplements and suggest avoiding mag oxide. The lions mane does no have any specific value for mTBI. Carnitine may help with fat metabolism but is not necessarily needed for mTBI.
Also, many of us have had blood work done to determine if we have proper magnesium, calcium, D3, B-12, folate, hormones, etc.
Getting relief from head aches is worthwhile but for some there is no quick fix. Many have tried many different supplements and treatments.
btw, Suing a police department does not ruin anybody's career. They take it in stride and defend the city with malicious attacks on the plaintiff. Unless you have video to support your claim, they will lie to beat you.
