fog boy,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. I can understand your struggle to read through these posts, especially if you can not get enough sleep.
I have done two take home sleep studies and both said I was fine but my wife has observed me stop breathing while I sleep. She counted 16 breathing stoppages in one hour. Sleep studies are not always accurate.
Other than drinking, what else have you done to try to get some sleep?
What is your diet like? Do you take any nutritional supplements?
Are you taking any meds or have you?
Do you have an established sleep hygiene?
Do you finally fall asleep out of total exhaustion?
I have lots of things I have done and do to get to sleep. Once I know more specifics, I can suggest what may help.
My best to you.
