Hi Sando515- sorry you're having so much tingling and numbness still. I have VTOS and have had bi-lateral rib resections. This is normal, but can still be scary. A home remedy that does help some is Apple Cider Vinegar. I used this after my second operation- as the inflammation stayed longer than the first. I know it seems odd, but it really did provide some relief. Mix 1 cup water and 1 cup of the vinegar. Soak a towel- ring out and apply to your arm, shoulder, chest- wherever you need it.
