Thier has been a thread not long ago covering this subject. You might try to search it. Same question in that thread. What I remember is that you should try to rest/ sleep well before and try to relax.
The test is not something to prepare for. If you are having a very symptomatic day thats OK to. I would expect other more informed posts to follow.
