Small fiber autonomic or sensory neuropathy can effect the cranial nerves and cause problems with dizziness or vertigo by disrupting the signals from the inner ear.
I have small fiber from sarcoidosis that started in 2002. but i can never get my primary care doctor to understand. she blames everything on fibromyalgia and diabetes(the diabetes started in 2010 long after the small fiber neuropathy that started with the sarcoidosis in 2002)
Some doctors are just morons.
