I am not going to waste 90 minutes of my time listen to a snake oil salesman. If he is legit, then you should be able to explain what I asked about the enzymes.

The question is:

Why does it matter if we eat enzymes (cooked or raw) when we are going to break them down into their component parts (amino acids) before they are absorbed?


If you can give me a scientific explanation for the complex physiological "logic" behind this, I might consider watching the video.

For that matter, what mammalian species can absorb whole proteins through its digestive tract as an adult anyway? None that I am aware of, and I do have a detailed knowledge of many mammalian species and the different species unique digestive physiological processes.
