I guess my best bet is to just return to my old fairly faithful coping tools. I'll spend most of the weekend doing visualization and breething exercises. That really relaxes me and I think what I need most, relative to the Fibro, is to try to stay relaxed and distracted. My tv chose a great time to die on me......midnight last night. The warranty was up six months ago so I am sunk. Of course, there's a lot I can watch on the computer. I had planned on my kids and grandkids coming for a visit but cancelled that. I don't need to be jumping up and down, playing hostess.
