But to be honest it just feels better when it's on. There is NO compression in the shoulders at all. It's like an oversized sports bra or mini vest. So think of how the sleeves differ. It pulls your shoulders back very gently- very comfortable. I will probably get another. I would say if you can go in for fitting definitely do that. I got lucky and mine fits perfect.
