After that appointment we went to nursing home to take some dinner to MIL and then a relaxing walk by the river since it wan't time to get to my next appointment and wouldn't make sense to go home. Insurance says I have to see my sleep apnea doctor every two years whether I need it or not in order to be able to get any equipment replaced. Soo I am a tired cookie right now.
