This isn't double vision...I have that too and am dealing with it with prisms or tape over the lens. This is my actual vision has gone from 20/25 to 20/50 and my near vision has had a similar decline. My neuro said to wait a week for the anesthesia to get out of my system and then go for an eye exam. Its really annoying.
