Default TBI, Struggles and mood

Life is not what we want it to be, it is what it is. The difference is what we make of it. I take a bi-polar medicine to help with my mood swings. My wife says it has made an improvement. It does have some fairly serious side effects I have to be vigilant about.

Wishing you the best.
