Default What the !@#$?

About a week ago...I got into a fight with somebody that was trying to take advantage of my girlfriend. I sent him to the hospital and he didn't get a hit on me...but ever since that day, I've been screwed up pretty bad. New symptoms have started to manifest (chronic fatigue, severe dizziness, constant feeling of intense fear) and my normal symptoms have been amplified by 10x. I'm trying to keep myself together but right now it's really hard.

What can I do to get back on track? I was just starting to tolerate my symptoms and live my life. Now, when I wake up...I'm super tired and just want to sleep all day. My brain is running so sluggish that I can't find the right words and ways to say things. I'm starting to avoid social interaction again because of the embarrassment it brings when I can't get out what I'm trying to say. It's super frustrating because I'm already borderline impaired as it is.

Ugh...what can I do? I'm still taking my vitamins, I'm sleeping most of the day...I'm trying to avoid stress but this is stressful as it is, and I'm also helping raise two children.

Help?

What happened: I was randomly assaulted from behind in June of 2011. I was knocked unconscious for an unknown amount of time (less than 30 minutes) and have no memory of the event. CT scan showed contusion and hematoma of the left frontal lobe. I spent 3 days in the hospital. Diagnosed with Post-Concussion Syndrome in September 2011. Currently have Medicaid, Medicare and SSI.

Current symptoms: Brain fog, mild memory issues, problems with spontaneity, occasional spacing out, word finding difficulties, tinnitus in right ear and some other things that I can't explain.

Life after the brain injury: 4 years after the injury, I'm engaged to my beautiful girlfriend of 5 years, I'm the CEO of my own business, Notorious Labs, I've taught myself how to program complex games and apps which is a feat I never thought I'd accomplish and now live a semi-normal life with very mild PCS symptoms.

Slowly but surely regaining my life back.
