First you are not alone. Second are you seeing anyone, psychiatrist or other medical professional you trust? If not you need a little help here as we all do sooner or later. Having these thoughts must be awful and I feel for you. On an up note you realize that having them does not mean you are doing them. I do believe there is a sub-forum you may want to look thru.
