If this is true, I think I'd be more interested in the reason why. If there's some longterm or safety concern, it may be a good thing in the long run.

I don't want to see anyone suffer when something works [and they're subsequently deprived of it], but the priorities have traditionally been (and I can't disagree) safe and effective rather than the other way around.

Hope everyone affected can find a safer and effective alternative.
