Welcome to NeuroTalk...

I am still on vacation, but just looked in here while on a free wifi.

I would like to invite you to our PN forum...

When I get back I can respond more in detail. But at first glance you might search "SSRI effects on dopamine' on Google.
SSRI drugs deplete dopamine over time and this leads to cramping and twitching muscles in some people.

Also using a quality magnesium supplement may help. Avoid OXIDE forms, and choose a chelate or SloMag tablets.

Magnesium may help if you don't eat enough foods like most Americans that provide this important mineral.

I have a magnesium thread here:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread1138.html

aim for 1/2 the RDA for now daily.
