Thanks I will do that. I have a feeling my nutrients must be a mess. I even wonder if I am low in magnesium. Normally I take super stress b complex vitamins ,.not always on a daily basis and they have so many different things in there but no magnesium whatsoever. Then I looked up what foods have magnesium in them and I rarely eat those foods. For now I am just going to stop taking vitamins. I dont even know what was exactly looked at as far as nutrients go on the cbc my dr. did. I will look into what you have mentioned about detox. Hopeing it is somewhere on this forum?
