Yes your all right, I haven't been sleeping well, and obviously trying to do some cleaning is overdoing it. Had to go out today using a walking stick to help with the balance (£1.50 in a second hand store) but it helped me stay upright.

Does anyone resort to a wheelchair when they have to go out?
