I do that when I type as well. I almost always have to correct before I submit or go back and edit.

I think it's simple and most likely caused by MS, AGE or both. My mind just doesn't multi-task well anymore . Like, thinking of one thing and doing another. When we are young and healthy, multi-tasking is a way of life.
