Lightbulb Bright Light Gives Instant Relief from Peripheral Neuropathy - Pineal Gland?

For months I've had PN symptoms, incl. burning scalp when I put a cap on and burning sensation around my right hip, etc.

Weeks ago, I noticed when I went outside in the sun, the burning stopped. I found this odd, because usually I'd have to cool down my skin to make the burning go away. On another day when it was cloudy, I was outside and felt the burning. So I didn't know if it was heat or light that made the difference. Then one time I did the laundry and put on some clean jeans which were still warm from the dryer. The burning sensation went away.

In my home I am usually in poorly lit rooms (TV and computer). In the last few days I've turned up the light and the PN symptoms have, for the most part, disappeared. If I forget to turn the light up everywhere, the PN symptoms quickly return (within a minute).
