I would think doing this without your permission is an invasion of privacy which is a criminal offense in most if not all states. Federal offense?
Was any personal info released like your SS#, address, case# etc.?

Have you contacted a criminal lawyer? Filed a report with the police? I know I would if this happened to me!
Another thing you can do is to contact Google to have your personal information removed -
