I am hoping to work with a neurologist this fall at a pain clinic to investigate the cause, if the most recent pelvic MRI I had doesn't show anything.

My doctors believe the sciatic nerve may be getting pressed on somehow, as most of my pain is in the hamstring/ glute area.

I have had vitamin B12 testing in the past, but, like you said, didn't check the results myself and will have to look into this.
