Default Running a Business while dealing with Post Concussion Syndrome

I'd like to see if there's any other business owners on here that would like to share tips on how to balance the needs of dealing with Post Concussion Syndrome with the needs of their business.

I read through the posts on here and they often provide good tips for how to deal with PCS. However, when it comes to running a business, it's hard to relate to people that can take off from work and go on workers comp. I often wish I could do that.

I have to balance what it takes to recover from PCS with the needs of my business and employees. I'm the one in charge of coming up with ideas, motivating my employees, answering questions and putting on a smiling face for customers.

I often have to do these things as I feel dizziness. When I first had the concussion, there were a few times I thought I may faint as I went to walk to lunch with an employee.

The show must go on, as they say. So I often try to shield my condition so the moral of others around me isn't affected.

Just writing this helps me a bit. I only tell my wife the whole story. She's the only one that knows that the healthy looking boss everyone is following would rather crawl into bed than be the motivator for everyone else.
