Default I would CERTAINLY--

--not be taking a series of supplements with the Pepcid--especially the methylcobalamin, which relies on small percentage passive absorption, which can be interfered with very easily, especially by something that is designed to reduce stomach environment acidity (and B12 is not well-absorbed in a non-acidic environment).

In fact, any cobalamin B12 is better taken alone, at least an hour apart from anything else--the cobalamin molecule is the largest the body normally uses and it is very easy to interfere with its absorption.

As far as the rest, I suspect you may be able to consolidate some of the stuff you're taking more than once a day--I don't know if there's any reason for you to be taking 4800mg fish oil AND 1440 mg of omega 3 each day, or 400mg magnesium citrate (unless you were on opioids or some other constipating med); I suspect you could get any desired effect on about half of each of these (especially if you're taking Dextrin). Are there specific reasons for this regimen?
