Hi Mark,
Yes, I have 2 bags of frozen peas just to ice my neck and back of the head, while the other I place on my lower back & mid back when I have pain on the broken rib.
The swellings are not going down. Even the back of the head is still swollen.
I feel a bit of relief when I have a hot shower, I pick the shower head up, put it in max pressure and position on the lower back area.
I was wondering if I should ask a referral to see a orthopedist, or should I assume it's really just muscles and nerves and find a chiropractor?!
It's almost 1 month since my accident, I find it strange that the swelling areas are the same, the rest hasn't improved it at all.
