This sounds like a very severe situation. I'm assuming you are a minor. With that said, I'm surprised someone hasn't reported these actions to child protective services. I'm shocked that there is so much violence in your life. Counselors can be very helpful in these situations. And yes, the violence inflicted on you by your relatives definetly will cause you to hurt yourself. You did the right thing by coming here. I encourage you to reach out to as many people as you can.
