Hi I have had many head injuries. I can't state that I have had exactly the same issue you are having. But yes I have had some very close to
the same thing.

I have issues of concentration, off balance, and missing words at times. But when I have a head injury, I can have many things happen.

But the best thing you can do is find a Neurologist that understands

Traumanic brain Injury and Post Concussion Syndrome.

Which is the hardest thing to get over. I have a standard thing I
usually have to do. I end up getting into my primary after a incident.
And usually have to go to physical therapy because if I have a head injury
I need to have my balance rechecked also.

I have had Issues with this before that had to be taken care of with
vestibular training.

We have a TBI and Post Tramatic Injury group here. That I highly recommend
you come visit.

We have many that are excellent at helping.
