Setbacks
It is a personal issue with me so I do not like the term setback. I think of it as good days and not so good. Some days are both. Luckily for me that is how most are. I had an awful period of over two months early on, very dark and unpleasant.
So being graced with the other end of the spectrum from time to time I feel is a gift. I took for granted so much.
