Fabricated medical report in SSD records
I picked up from SSD a copy of my entire file. I was just turned down for a second time. Contained within was a multi page report written about me and submitted to SSD from a doctor that they required I go to.
This 'exam' is being held on a Saturday outside the SSD office in the parking lot. There are a number of people there at once that SSD required as I was. Turns out that I spend maybe 15 minutes with a medical student asking me questions from a form. Then I spend less than 5 mi utes with the 'doctor' asking me maybe 8-10 questions.
Going through this file I find this report that this doctor filed. He invented answers to the questions on capabilities that I am supposed to be able to do.( I have CRPS in my left arm, shoulder, hand and according to him I can climb a rope, ladder, and 20 lbs up tp 6 hrs a day!) He concludes that I am not disabled.
SSD uses my denial in large part because of this medical report. I now have another independent medical report that was required by my insurance company thar took two painful hours but draws far different conclusion in my favor. I also now have a SSD attorney.
My point in all this is if you haven't requested a copy of the records SSD has on you, and you have been denied, it might shed some light on data about you that you are unaware of.
