Thanks for bringing this paper to our attention.

First, let me apologize: I'm unable to access the whole paper; my comments are based on the abstract alone.

My take on it is that the effect is small: the reduction in the UPDRS score was 4.69 points. That's out of 176 [1]. So, we have less than a 3% improvement.
