what does occipital neuralgia feel like? can they really just go poof?

i have a deep ache around my temples and base of my head at all times and it is worse when im sitting, i am guessing it's fron tos and tmj but it could be a spine issue. i am glad in your case it is not caused by tos and your tos is majorly improving!
