I decided to buy a lot of "healthy" stuff at the grocery store today.
Yogurt, tuna in water, lots of frozen veggies for stir fry{or steam fry},
fruit, lettuce, and a turkey to roast.
sooo I going to try to be very good about food choices.
plus now that the weather is getting nicer I can cut down to one cup of coffee in the mornings- those gloomy cold days just make me crave coffee.
