I think your weather report was incorrect! I'm in DC and heading to NY for the walk this Friday. So far, the reports here say it's going to be mild (60 degrees) and mostly sunny. Keep your fingers crossed! I hope you feel well enough to participate. This will be my first PD event since my January diagnosis. My family and a bunch of my friends are joining me, so I'm really looking forward to it!
