Default Mindful meditation to deal with pain, stress and discomfort

Thank you Trxiedee for this.
I think that this somehow similar to "mindful meditation", MM, which has been introduced into main stream western medicine from Boodist tradition.
One of the best advocates of MM is J Kabat-zenn. You can find many of his talks and even books free on Youtube.
I have been teaching myself MM and I found it a powerful tool to deal with stress and discomfort. I tell my daughter that I use my tremor to my advantage as I reach a deeper level of meditation while meditating over my tremor as I watch it from a mindful neutral mind.

This is his website which has a free e-book you can dowload. He does not make any claims to heal PD, but I believe he has the skills to make it much more bearable, and to reduce stress which as we all know is a huge trigger for making symptoms worse.
