You are doing a great job working to get things back to normal.

It takes work to do that. It also takes time.

Keep taking short walks. Increase the length a little each day.

Also try building your strength. One of the things that helped me with
dizziness was PT, but I also had problems with other issues so I had
to go through PT for those. So see if you can go for a short lesson
to get some home therapy lessons to work on dizziness at home.
